The time you scheduled is exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we're unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
Late Arrivals-We do not extend service times for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 min late for your scheduled service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request 24 hours notice.
If your cancellation is 24 hours or more please use your confirmation text/Email to cancel your appointment.
If 24 hours or after, please Text 864-389-4066 with your name & appointment date and time.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Changing one service to a shorter service after 24 hours is considered a late cancellation due to timeframe differences.
If upon arrival you choose not to receive one or more of the services scheduled, this will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and will result in a fee equal to 50% of the cancelled services.
No Call/No shows will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
If you attempt to book an appointment and find that there are none available, unfortunately SKINergy is currently fully booked. However, there is always a chance for a cancellation.
If you would like to add yourself to the waitlist and receive a text when an appointment becomes available please follow the instructions below.
1)Go to front page of goodskinergy.com and click on the booking link
2)Click on the service you would like to book and click on the day you would like to book on.
3)If there is no availability you will be given the option to “Add to Waitlist”.
4)Choose this option and you will receive a direct text with the option to book immediately as soon as any appointment time becomes available.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled through the booking app, your confirmation text or email up until 24 or less before the scheduled appointment time.
If it is within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time and you need to cancel or reschedule please text 864-389-4066 with your name and appointment date and time.
Please be aware that the Cancellation Policy will apply when canceling or rescheduling within this time frame.
WARNING: Waxing is never done on clients taking Accutane and is not recommended for clients taking Retin A, Renova, Differin or other types of skin thinning acne medications. Please read the label carefully and consult your dermatologist if you are taking any medication or using any topical cream that contains these medications.
CAUTION: If you are currently using any of the following, please inform your technician. These products can make the skin more sensitive. Thin, sensitive skin is more vulnerable to lifting and sensitivity during waxing.
BEFORE
-Length of hair must be at least 1/4 of an inch long (approximately the size of a grain of rice)
-Do not shave at least 2 weeks or more prior to your appointment.
-Once you have begun waxing, do not shave. Shaving will disrupt any progress made in thinning & stunting your hair growth.
-GENTLY exfoliate the area to be waxed the night before your appointment. Use a manual exfoliant (dry brush, scrub, etc.) to ensure easier hair removal.
-Booking your waxing appointment near your cycle will increase sensitivity!
-Arrive to your appointment with clean, moisturizer free skin.
AFTER
-24-48 HOURS POST WAX avoid submerging in hot water, saunas, exercise, tight clothing, tanning beds, spray tanning, swimming, or intercourse. These activities could possibly lead to redness, irritation, ingrown hairs, and/or infected hair follicles.
-EXFOLIATION IS KEY! 48 hours after your wax, begin exfoliating the waxed area with your chosen exfoliating method (chemical or physical exfoliation). Be sure to exfoliate on a regular basis (at least 3-4 times a week).
-Without proper exfoliation, the older skin cells, as well as debris can trap in bacteria by blocking the pores. This leads to ingrown hairs, rashes, and/or irritation.
-Moisturize the waxed area with a light fragrance free moisturizer every day post wax. Do not use lotions with fragrances and dyes. Moisturizing ensures irritation free, hydrated skin.
-RESCHEDULE your Brazilian appointment for every 4-6 weeks to ensure the smoothest waxes. DO NOT SHAVE in between appointments
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Yes, there will be some level of pain associated with getting an intimate wax because your hair is being removed at the root. However, for most clients, waxing is tolerable and the results highly outweigh the short period of time it takes to reveive a waxing service. To reduce discomfort, if you are able, you may take a pain reliever 20-40 minutes prior to your appointment.

You can still receive your waxing service while menstruating. Please ensure that you are wearing a clean tampon, menstrual cup, or menstrual disc during your service.
****If it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, and you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to your menstrual cycle the cancellation policy will apply. This will not be an excused cancellation.
